Autumn is here and you could bottle my excitement right now, I’ve been hanging out for a cool change since December. Reading is one of my favourite things to do when it is cooler outside, along with crafting and snuggling. Here’s what I will be reading in the lead up to winter:
We Are All Completely Beside Ourselves
My sister put me on to this book because she wanted to talk to somebody about it and by gosh I am glad she did. It has captured my attention from day one and there is a very interesting twist about a quarter of the way in. It’s like nothing I have ever ready before in the best way.
Knit the Season
I LOVE books (and audiobooks) about crafty ladies and I thoroughly enjoyed Jacobs’ prior books in the Friday Night Knitting Club series. This one is set around Christmas in New York, so it seems appropriate to be reading something which matches the season (cooler weather, not Christmas).
USA’s Best Trips
Honeymoon research! As well as going to Walt Disney World (obvs) G and I are planning to go on a road trip in America for our honeymoon. We definitely want to visit New Orleans, so we are thinking we might hit Creole country! This book is definitely helping me to pin down the route we will take.
If you happen to be heading into warmer climes, or you just want more book suggestions, check out my summer reading list here.
